We offer one-year leases. However, if you require a modification, we can accommodate your needs on a per-case basis (Edmonton locations only).
Once approved, you need your damage deposit, tenant insurance, void cheque or direct deposit slip, power set-up, and your first month’s rent!
The security deposit for all locations is equal to one month rent.
We offer 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom units. All floorplans are listed on our floorplans page: https://rentcityvibe.ca/floorplans/
You will need a filled out rental application, Photo ID, Proof of Income & Credit Report.
A Propane BBQ and patio furniture is all that is allowed on your balcony. There is to be no smoking on your balcony or in your suite. Please utilize designated smoking areas located at each of our sites.
We accept small dogs (under 15kg). One pet per unit. Please inquire with your leasing agent to learn more about the pet policy at your desired building.
Please note cats are not permitted.
