Our Response to COVID-19

If you have been traveling in the last 14 days, are feeling sick or could possibly have been exposed to Covid-19, please discuss leasing options with staff over the phone or via email instead of visiting the site.

Face covering required
As per Bylaw 63M2021, all persons must wear a face-covering in indoor public premises which include our leasing offices and show suites. Exceptions include children under two years of age, or persons with an underlying medical condition or disability which inhibits their ability to wear a face covering.

Vaccine Passport

As per Bylaw 65M2021 requires many businesses and organizations to require proof of vaccination, recent negative COVID-19 test, or valid medical exemption letter to gain entry.

Please be kind to all staff and business owners as they help ensure our safety.

At City Vibe Developments, we recognize the important role we have in helping to flatten the curve of COVID-19 in our community. The health and well-being of our valued residents and staff are always our top priority and as we navigate through the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation together, we want to share the extra precautions we’re taking to keep you and your neighbours safe.

Below are some of the specific protocols we have implemented, and we advise all our residents and staff to adhere to them in order to reduce risk to everyone:

  • For everyone's well being, we are requiring that our employees practice social distancing and ask that you communicate with our staff via email or phone instead of face to face interactions.

  • Please book an appointment to connect with our on site team. All appointments will be asked screening questions prior to meeting with our staff.

  • The lobby, elevators, mailboxes and common areas are being cleaned and disinfected with increased frequency as per Health Canada guidelines.

  • The gym is by appointment only at this time. Please fill out the Covid-19 screening from prior to entering the gym.

  • Our employees have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

  • Our employees have been given instructions if they have recently returned from travel abroad to any destination, they are required to self-isolate in accordance with the Public Health Agency of Canada guidelines.

Please be diligent with hygiene practices: wash hands thoroughly and frequently, cough or sneeze into sleeves (elbow not hands), frequently clean and disinfect shared and frequently touched objects and surfaces, avoid contact with people who appear or have declared ill.

Please note that our staff are still working regular hours and can be reached by email or phone.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate the rapidly changing situation together.

Wishing you and your family health and wellness.
